Annalissa + Chris | 5 Year Anniversary Portraits | Charlottesville Virginia Fine Art Photographer Sarah Houston Photography

It all started with a friend of mine posting that her friends were in need of photographs for their anniversary. So of course I replied and before I knew it Chris & Annalissa booked me for a sunrise shoot in Charlottesville, Va! If y'all know me- you know that I am NOT an early morning person...well that is without 5 cups of coffee and some breakfast sandwiches, but Chris & Annalissa were so fun/full of energy that I didn't even need that coffee! The hike around one of their favorite hiking spots was so lovely (a bit chilly & probably the most exercise I've ever done in my life) then we ended it at the UVA campus. The light LIVES there. It was gorgeous everywhere and they were pretty amazing tour guides, showing me all the history-awesomeness that I LOVED. Who knew I would be in for such a treat?! (They even showed me Poe's room...#hugefan) Chris + Annalissa, thank-you both for allowing me to take your first professional portraits. It was such an honor and you guys ROCKED it!!
